In brief
What works, what to weigh
+
Strengths
3 reasons to book- Prime location near old town sights — Guests praise the walkable access to Prague Castle and the old town, with a tram stop almost outside for easy city travel.
- Exceptional staff service — Multiple reviews highlight the friendly, helpful, and efficient service from reception, restaurant, and executive lounge staff.
- Well-equipped leisure and spa facilities — The indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and fitness centre offer a proper spa experience within the hotel.
–
Worth weighing
3 to weigh- Pool may sometimes be closed for renovation — At least one guest found the pool closed for a revamp before their stay, and while alternative access was provided, it was not on-site.
- Breakfast is not included in the room rate — Several reviews praise the breakfast, but it's not mentioned as complimentary, so you should budget extra for it.
- No clear quiet guarantee in all rooms — While some guests had quiet rooms, the hotel is in a central, busy area, and not every room may be equally peaceful.
